What is Scrum?

Scrum is a project management framework that emerged in the late 1980s and has rapidly gained traction across various sectors, particularly in software development. Its versatility has also led to its adoption for smaller, individual projects, reflecting its growing influence beyond its original domain.

How does it work?

A defining feature of Scrum is its iterative nature. Instead of meticulously planning every aspect of a project upfront, Scrum encourages working in short, focused intervals known as Iterations or Sprints. For individual practitioners, these iterations typically last one week. At the onset of each iteration, the focus narrows to specific goals and tasks to be achieved within that period. Upon completion of an iteration, one reassesses accomplishments and outlines the next steps before embarking on a new iteration.

The process involves the following steps:
